terrible Tuesday
I did a terrible thing, and I hate to admit, I’ve done it on more days then just Tuesday. I have pee’d on the carpet in front of my litter box, a few times.
The first time I did it was in protest of the dirty litter box. But, the next two times, I don’t know why, I guess I just felt like pee’ing on the floor… right in front of the clean-litter box.

Ooops! At least you were close to the litter box, that should count for something, don’t you think?
May 6th, 2008 at 2:36 pmAre you sure you did that on purpose or is the box too small and you are hanging out? Georgia hangs out sometimes.
May 6th, 2008 at 3:39 pmUh oh! Maybe you don’t like your cat litter?
May 6th, 2008 at 4:09 pmIBB!!! What did you do that for??? Are you OK?

Well, I hope you are okay Icon.
May 6th, 2008 at 8:52 pmcaesar used to do that sometimes, usually when he was miffed about mom leaving him, or some annoying visitor
Uh oh, that might have been a little mistake you made! It sounds like you tried to get close to the litterbox anyway.
May 7th, 2008 at 12:11 pmListen, Icon, I don’t know whether this will work for you but it’s worth a shot. My pesty sister Caitie used to do the same thing all the time. The humans tried and tried and eventually they tried unscented scoopable litter covering a thin layer of Nature’s Miracle litter. Since then, happy Caitie and dry floors. Hope this helps!
May 7th, 2008 at 2:20 pmOf course, this is not your fault IBB, But I’d advise you not to get in the habit of doing this. For some reason, humans don’t appreciate us “going” outside teh box.
May 7th, 2008 at 3:10 pmI used to pee on the floor right in front of the litter box, but it was because I’d get into the box but my backside didn’t follow…I needed a bigger box. Plus, it as fun annoying the Woman.

May 8th, 2008 at 4:27 amWhat’s wrong~!?!?!
Are you ok?
It happens to the best of us sometimes. I know the twins used to make a habit of that, and just last week someone decided to poo in front of the clean litterbox . . . twice in a row. It worried mommy because she thought that either it was becoming a habit, or someone’s tummy wasn’t feeling well. So far it hasn’t happened again . . . and no kitty is telling her which one of us did it!
